As a naïve and curious college student, Prashant was intent on using his creative abilities to mark his indelible niche. During his college days, Prashant’s imaginative skills drifted him into the world of advertising and brand management. The journey started sometime in the years 2005-06, but very soon, Prashant found himself successfully completing world class branding assignments. Prashant’s passion turned to be his forte and he discovered his natural calling.
Tasting wild success & glory, led Prashant to launch his maiden venture, Campaign Scouts Network, aka, CSN in January, 2012.
The initial years, i.e, 2012 to 2015, witnessed CSN develop fledgling wings and deliver service excellence in branding & marketing communication. From 2015 onwards, Prashant led CSN to event management & digital marketing. The name of Prashant & CSN became synonymous with successful project execution which led to partnership with all leading corporate houses like Vodafone, Microsoft, Bayer, TATA, Reliance, Konark Cement, Patanjali & many more
To focus on the growing needs of each business line, Prashant created subsidiaries, the parent entity- Landscape/ Campaign Scouts Network, CSN studios, & CSN Broadcasting. While Landscape/ Campaign Scouts Network focus on branding & events, CSN Studios concentrates on designing, artwork development & online marketing services and CSN Broadcasting offers live streaming and sports broadcasting facilities. Together, these constitute the CSN group led by the creativity and vision of the ever-energetic Prashant.
Saibal Mitra is the numero-uno name within the sports event management circles. A dedicated and successful cricketer himself, post his cricketing career, Saibal’s love for sports led him to choose the sports ground. Today, he manages sports events with the same sincerity, dedication and aggression with which he used to bat and bowl on the pitch.
Saibal aims to establish Odisha as the sporting destination for India and the World. He works relentlessly towards his goal by drawing new projects, presenting the ideas to the authorities, developing and delivering the same with success.
Under the leadership of Saibal, CSN has also forayed into Sports Architecture transformation projects. Since, 2021, CSN has undertaken projects to transform stadiums & training centres to develop world class sports architecture for the nation.
Jai heads the Strategy teams of CSN. He is responsible to evaluate synergies, establish partnerships, and strategizing action plans for CSN.
Bibhu is the energy of CSN. A trained engineer, he left his software job to pursue his passion for advertising and branding. His non-stop zeal and can-do attitude, translates to effortless success of every project.
Biswajit is an economics graduate. But passion for advertising and love for CSN has made him the pillar of all activities within CSN. The youngest of all, Biswa brings to the table immense hard work with utmost sincerity and simplicity.
Tapan is an avid gamer. So Tapan spends his nights, either playing games on his machine or co-ordinating events on the ground. He is focussed and ensures to register his victories in both the fields.
Sisir is the silent but extremely hard working CSN’ian. His eye for details and accuracy ensures error free finance and accounts maintenance within the group.
Rachana heads the corporate vertical. She is responsible to take care of corporate events, advertising and communications. With her immaculate project management skills, Rachana has become the problem solver and single point of contact of every corporate client of CSN.
Ragini leads the social media and Online brand management team. She brings in a zeal of energy and innovative and technologically updated approaches to ensure best return on investment for the client.
Biswamohan possesses an imaginative and artistic mind which he uses to deliver stunning graphic masterpieces. He is a passionate visual storyteller and breathes life into captivating visuals and designs.
Praveen is an invaluable asset of our team. He specializes in meticulous planning which he uses to flawlessly execute events. His lively demeanour and cheerful mood rejuvenates all of us.
